By accessing or using NameForge AI (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NameForge AI provides an AI‑powered platform that generates startup name ideas, checks domain availability, offers logo concepts, and creates branding briefs. We may update, suspend, or change the Service at any time without notice.

3. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may not:

• Attempt to reverse‑engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

4. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are processed through Stripe. We offer one‑time payments for Basic ($9) and Pro ($29) tiers. Because the Service delivers digital goods (AI‑generated names, domain checks, PDF reports) immediately upon purchase, we do not provide refunds except where required by law. Chargebacks may result in suspension of your access.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user‑generated outputs) are owned by NameForge AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the names, logos, and branding briefs you generate using the Service, but you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive license to use such outputs for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NameForge AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last six (6) months.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that domain‑availability results are 100% accurate.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
