We stand behind the quality of our competitive intelligence reports. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
To be eligible for a refund: (a) your request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date; (b) the refund applies to one-time purchases (e.g., Spyglass Snapshot reports); (c) for subscription products (e.g., Tracker, Command), you may cancel at any time, and you will not be charged for future billing periods — refunds for subscription payments are handled on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, email us at hello@spyglassci.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include: (a) the email address associated with your purchase; (b) the date of your purchase; (c) a brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve). We process refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
If you purchased using a promotional code or discount (e.g., the LAUNCH20 coupon), the refund amount will be the amount you actually paid, not the full list price.
If you believe you were charged in error or charged twice for the same purchase, contact us immediately at hello@spyglassci.com. We will investigate and issue a full refund for any erroneous charges within 48 hours.
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your transaction.
